Definition
Coordinated harassment towards one or more individuals, orchestrated by one or a group of individuals.
Punishment
Permanent community ban, appealable after 2 months.
NSFW / NSFL Contents RHS
Definition
Content that may be distressing to others or inappropriate in its entirety.
Punishment
Softcore NSFW: temporary 3 month community ban, unappealable.
Hardcore NSFW / NSFL: permanent community ban, unappealable.
Doxxing RHS
Definition
Leaking someone's personal information or real-life home address in order to incite fear, extract something from them, or for personal amusement.
Punishment
Permanent community ban, unappealable.
Grooming of any kind RHS
Definition
Building trust with an underage individual to exploit them sexually.
Punishment
Permanent community ban, unappealable.
CSAM RHS
Definition
Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material.
Punishment
Permanent community ban, unappealable.
Reference to real-world tragedies RHS
Definition
Allusions or references to real-world tragedies that may be interpreted as mocking or making fun of the event that transpired.
Punishment
Permanent community ban, appealable after 2 months.
Encouraging real world harm RHS
Definition
Encouraging anybody to harm themselves or others in a way that might or might not end with them or others passing away.
Punishment
Permanent community ban, unappealable.
Scamming RHS
Definition
Attempting to extract money out of someone with false promises or rewards.
Punishment
Permanent community ban, unappealable.
Impersonation RHS
Definition
Pretending to be a staff member or a nation leader to get something out of it or ruin their reputation amongst their peers.
Punishment
Permanent community ban, appealable after 2 months.
Blackmail / Extortion RHS
Definition
Using the personal information of an individual to try and get them to do something they wouldn't do otherwise.
Punishment
Permanent community ban, unappealable.
Breaking Discord's ToS RHS
Definition
Violating the terms of service established by Discord.
Punishment
Permanent community ban, unappealable, and reported to Discord.

High Severity

Cyberbullying HS
Definition
Use of platforms to harass or bother an individual or a group of people.
Punishment
Temporary 1 month community ban, unappealable. If continued, escalates to a permanent community ban, appealable after 2 months.
Stalking HS
Definition
Monitoring or contacting a person who doesn't want to associate with you, trying to get them punished without cause.
Punishment
Temporary 1 month community ban, unappealable. If continued, escalates to a permanent community ban, appealable after 2 months.
Ban Evasion HS
Definition
Creating alternate accounts to evade a ban that has been given to an individual.
Punishment
Temporary 3 month ban across all accounts, unappealable. If continued, evolves into a permanent community ban, unappealable.
Account Sharing HS
Definition
The act of sharing your account with another person to achieve something.
Punishment
Temporary 1 month community ban, unappealable. If continued, escalates to a permanent community ban, appealable after 2 months.

Medium Severity

2 offenses
DM Advertising MS
Definition
Messaging people privately telling them to join your nation, business, or group.
Punishment
1 week server mute. If continued, escalates to a 1 month community ban.
Excessive Profanity MS
Definition
Swearing excessively without cause towards an individual.
Punishment
48 hour mute. If continued, escalates to a 1 week mute, then a 1 month community ban.

Low Severity

Spamming LS
Definition
Sending messages or flooding the chat without reason, or for a pointless one.
Punishment
1 hour server mute. Longer mutes for repeated offenses.
Offensive Language LS
Definition
Hurting someone's feelings for your own amusement.
Punishment
1 hour mute. Longer mutes for repeated offenses.
Ping Abuse LS
Definition
Ghost pinging or spam pinging without reason — especially staff.
Punishment
1 hour mute. Longer mutes for repeated offenses.
Channel Misuse LS
Definition
Not using a channel for its intended purpose.
Punishment
1 hour mute. Longer mutes for repeated offenses.
